Title I have entered a correct JustSnipe password/id, I still CAN NOT sign in?
Abstract Can not access log in to JustSnipe, even though password/id are correct. The screen shows error message "You are not authorized to view this page."

 

Please double-check that

  • You need to accept "Cookies" in your browser.
  • The JustSnipe id and password are case-sensitive.
  • Some programs that block banner ads may cause some features and interface in JustSnipe to perform incorrectly.

If you still have problem, please contact support@justsnipe.com include the following information in your email as well:

  • Browser type.
  • Browser version.
  • Operating system type.
  • Operating system version.
  • What was the error message?
  • Date/Time when the error occur?
