the negative feedback checking is available when you have an active snipe order (displayed under "Current Orders" section). Once you have scheduled snipe, you will be able to see a small icon followed after seller's id. Click on that icon, it will show overal feedback of that seller. You will then have to click "Check Negative Feedbacks" button again.
