- If you do not see any link bar on your browser. It means that you have not enable it. Here is how to:

* On the browser menu,

click View --> Toolbar --> Links

and tick (checked) word Links

- And, make sure that your "Link Toolbar" is NOT lock

* On the browser menu,
click View --> Toolbar
and make sure that "Lock the Toolbars" is UNCHECKED
